Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy - Customers may cancel their booking up to 30 days before the service date for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable. - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. 2. Service Change Policy - Customers may change their booking (e.g., reschedule or switch services) up to 72 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability. - Changes requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may not be accommodated. - If a service change results in a price difference, the customer will need to pay the adjusted amount before the new service is confirmed. 3. Terms & Conditions - Steppe Trials reserves the right to update pricing and policies with prior notice. - By booking a service, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy. - Any disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction for resolution.
